Todd Bishop serves as lead pastor of The Point at Westbury on Long Island, NY. In 2009, Todd was recognized by the Assemblies of God as one of the 25 Groundbreaking Church Planters in our movement. He was also honored during the 2009 General Council of the Assemblies of God with an Award of Excellence for his efforts in Church Planting. Todd recently received the distinct award of “Young Alumni of the Year” from Central Bible College in 2010.
The vision of The Point is to create a movement of church planting on Long Island and beyond by launching 10 new venues/churches over the next 10 years. The Point is the first successful Assemblies of God church plant on Long Island in over 20 years and Todd plans on reproducing that DNA in the new believers they are reaching.
